- Rosemary1 tbsp, chopped
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil40 ml
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Oregano1 tsp, dried
- Wooden or metal skewers8-10

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers.
