- Lemon1 large
- Olive oil50 ml
- Fresh rosemary2 sprigs
- Fresh thyme2 sprigs
- Garlic powder1 tsp

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Clean the turbot. Score the skin lightly.

Slice the lemon thinly. Chop the rosemary and thyme.

Place the turbot in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped herbs, and place lemon slices on top and inside the cavity.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
