For the dough: Mix flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and vegetable oil, kneading until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Crumble the sirene cheese. Finely chop the spinach, dill, and parsley. Mix cheese, greens, eggs, and yogurt in a bowl.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions. Roll each portion very thinly into a large circle.

Brush each rolled dough sheet with melted butter. Spread a thin layer of filling over the entire surface of the dough.

Carefully roll up each sheet from one end to the other, creating a long, thin roll. Coil each roll into a spiral shape, resembling a snail shell.

Arrange the coiled Zelniks in a greased baking pan, packing them closely together.

Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
