  • Canned chickpeas2 cans (approx. 400g each), drained and rinsed
  • Onion1 medium
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Canned diced tomatoes400g
  • Tomato paste1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Paprika (sweet)1 tsp
  • Dried savory1/2 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water or vegetable broth200ml
  • Red pepper flakespinch (optional)

Стъпки

    Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

    Add the minced garlic and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Stir in the drained and rinsed chickpeas, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and dried savory. Mix well.
