- Bulgarian Sirene cheese200g
- Egg1
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Egg yolk for brushing1

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, crumble the sirene cheese. Mix in the chopped dill, black pepper, and the whole egg. Stir until well combined.

Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Cut into desired shapes (squares or rectangles).

Spoon the cheese mixture onto one half of each pastry piece. Fold the other half over and press the edges to seal. You can use a fork to crimp the edges.

Place the milinki on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg yolk.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
