- Yogurt (plain)400 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Mint1/2 bunch
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Slice zucchini thinly (about 0.5 cm). Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until tender.

While zucchini bakes, mix yogurt with minced garlic and chopped mint. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove zucchini from oven, spread yogurt mixture evenly over the top.
