- Onions2 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fresh Dill, chopped1/2 cup
- Plain Yogurt200 g
- Eggs1
- Butter50 g
- Olive Oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Optional: Pinch of Marjoram1/4 tsp

Boil and mash potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.

Sauté finely chopped onions in olive oil until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

Add ground pork, breaking it up, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram if using.

Stir in half of the chopped dill into the meat mixture.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with yogurt and salt.

Grease a baking dish. Layer half the mashed potatoes, then the meat mixture, then the remaining potatoes.

Pour the yogurt-egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining fresh dill.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-45 minutes, until the top is golden and set.
