- Cooked sausage (e.g., kielbasa)200 g

Dice the onion and bell pepper. Slice the sausage.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.

Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the shredded cabbage and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage starts to wilt and soften, about 10-15 minutes.

Stir in the quick-cooking rice and the cooked sausage. Add enough water or broth to cook the rice according to package directions.

Cover the skillet and simmer until the rice is cooked and the cabbage is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
