  • Onion1 medium
  • Bell pepper (any color)1
  • Cooked sausage (e.g., kielbasa)200 g
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water or vegetable brothas needed

    Dice the onion and bell pepper. Slice the sausage.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
