- Smoked sausage (e.g., kielbasa)400g
- Onions1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Bell peppers (mixed colors)2
- Tomatoes (canned diced)400g
- Potatoes2 medium
- Peas (frozen)100g
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Red paprika1 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Water or broth200ml
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Slice the sausage into rounds. Chop the onions and garlic. Dice the bell peppers. Peel and dice the potatoes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet or casserole dish over medium heat. Sauté the onions until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and sausage, and cook for another 5 minutes until lightly browned.

Stir in the diced bell peppers, potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes (with their juice) and water or broth. Bring to a simmer.

Cover the dish and transfer to a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F). Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Stir in the frozen peas during the last 10 minutes of baking.

Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
