  • Chicken breast, cut into strips400g
  • Frozen peas300g
  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Chicken broth200ml
  • Heavy cream100ml
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Wateras needed

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.

    Add the frozen peas to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.

    Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.

    Stir in the fresh parsley. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
