- Frozen peas300g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Chicken broth200ml
- Heavy cream100ml
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.

Add the frozen peas to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
