  • Asparagus, trimmed1 bunch
  • Sushi rice, cooked2 cups
  • Cilantro, freshfor garnish
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sake, honey (or maple syrup), grated ginger, and sesame oil until smooth. This is your miso-teriyaki glaze.
