Ingredients
- Broccoli florets1 cup
- Carrots, thinly sliced1 cup
- Snow peas1 cup
- Bell pepper (any color), sliced1 cup
- Shiitake mushrooms, sliced1 cup
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water2 tbsp
Steps

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

Add snow peas and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
