  • Apricot jam3 tbsp
  • Chicken broth1.5 cups
  • Raisins or sultanas1/2 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Slivered almondsfor garnish
  • Fresh parsley, choppedfor garnish

    Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
