Ingredients
- pre-made mini tart shells12
- unsalted butter, melted0.5 cup
- granulated sugar1 cup
- eggs2 large
- vanilla extract1 tsp
- raisins (optional)0.25 cup

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place pre-made tart shells on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

If using, stir in raisins.

Spoon the filling into each tart shell, filling about two-thirds full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set and the edges of the shells are golden.
