- Chili powder1 tsp

In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

Place the steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it's fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
