  • Dried Italian seasoning1 tsp

  • Jarred marinara sauce24 oz
  • Pre-shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup

    Slice eggplant lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips. Brush with olive oil (if available) or bake directly until tender.
