  • Cooked brown or green lentils (canned or pre-cooked)2 cups
  • White rice1 cup
  • Yellow onions2 medium
  • Olive oil2 tablespoons
  • Water or vegetable broth2 cups
  • Ground cumin1 teaspoon
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Fresh parsleyfor garnish
