Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Spring roll wrappers30 sheets
- Cabbage, shredded3 cups
- Onion, finely chopped1/2 cup
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil, for frying3 cups

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in shredded cabbage, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until cabbage is wilted, about 5 minutes.

Let the mixture cool slightly. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto each spring roll wrapper. Fold, roll, and seal.

Heat oil for frying. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crisp, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
