- Chicken broth1 liter
- Sichuan chili oil4 tbsp
- Chinkiang vinegar2 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, minced1 tsp
- Scallions, chopped2 tbsp
- Cilantro, chopped1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare the wonton filling: Combine ground pork, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Assemble the wontons: Place filling on wrappers, moisten edges with water, fold and seal into desired shape (traditionally a triangle or folded over itself).

Boil the wontons: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook wontons for 4-6 minutes, or until they float and are cooked through. Drain.

Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine Sichuan chili oil, Chinkiang vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Assemble the soup: Divide the sauce mixture among serving bowls. Add the boiled wontons to the bowls. Pour hot chicken broth over the wontons and sauce. Stir gently to combine.
