Ingredients
- White bread2 slices
- Cooked ham2 slices
- Swiss cheese50g, sliced
- Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Butter1 tsp
- Egg1
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the un-mayonnaised side of one bread slice. Top with the other bread slice, mayonnaise-side down.

Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Fry the egg in the same pan until cooked to your liking.

Serve the grilled sandwich topped with the fried egg. Season with salt and pepper.
