  • Cooked ham4 slices
  • Comté cheese100g, grated
  • Black olive tapenade2 tbsp
  • Butter20g
  • Herbs de Provence1 tsp
  • Eggs2
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Steps

    Spread a thin layer of black olive tapenade on one side of two bread slices.

    Layer ham and grated Comté cheese over the tapenade. Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence.

    Top with the remaining two bread slices.

    Butter the outside of the sandwiches and grill in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.

    Fry the eggs sunny-side up.

    Serve the grilled sandwiches topped with a fried egg. Season with salt and pepper.
