Ingredients
- Chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces1 kg

- White vinegar1/2 cup
- Minced garlic4 tablespoons

- Sugar1 teaspoon

In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, water, and sugar. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.
