Ingredients
- Beef short ribs, boneless1.5 lbs
- Soy sauce1/3 cup
- Honey3 tbsp
- Rice vinegar1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Water1/2 cup
- Scallions, chopped1
- Toasted sesame seeds1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

Cut boneless short ribs into 2-inch pieces.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.

Place short ribs in the Instant Pot. Pour the marinade over the ribs. Add water.

Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 30 minutes.

Allow for a 10-minute natural pressure release, then carefully perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.

Open the lid. If the sauce is too thin, set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened. Stir occasionally.
