Ingredients
- Skirt steak2 lbs
- Orange juice1 cup
- Lime juice1/2 cup
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Cilantro1/2 cup, chopped
- Jalapeño1, seeded and minced
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoons

In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Place the skirt steak in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Grill the steak for 3-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Skirt steak cooks quickly.
