Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Taco seasoning mix1 packet
- Refried beans1 can (16 oz)
- Corn kernels1 can (15 oz), drained
- Diced tomatoes1 can (14.5 oz), undrained
- Shredded cheddar cheese2 cups
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Chopped onion1/2 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/4 cup

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

Stir in taco seasoning mix, water, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of refried beans.

Top with the seasoned ground beef mixture.

Spread corn kernels and diced tomatoes over the beef layer.

Mix sour cream with 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Spread this mixture evenly over the top.
