Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Taco seasoning1 packet
- Large flour tortillas4
- Tostada shells4
- Nacho cheese sauce1 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Shredded lettuce1 cup
- Diced tomatoes1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/4 cup

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Warm the nacho cheese sauce according to package directions.

Lay out the large tortillas. On one half of each tortilla, layer the ingredients: a spoonful of seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, a tostada shell, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.

Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to create a semi-circle.

Heat vegetable oil in a clean skillet or on a griddle over medium heat. Carefully place the folded wraps seam-side down.
