- Nihari masala powder3 tbsp
- Red chili powder1 tsp
- Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Water4 cups
- All-purpose flour or atta3 tbsp
- Water (for slurry)1/4 cup

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
