- Sweetened condensed milk1 can (397g)
- Whole milk250ml
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Granulated sugar100g (for caramel)

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).

Make the caramel: Melt 100g sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until amber. Pour into the bottom of a baking dish or ramekins.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, condensed milk, 250ml milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Pour the mixture over the caramel.

Bake in a water bath for 30-35 minutes for ramekins, or 40-45 minutes for a larger dish, until set.

Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours.

Invert onto a serving plate before serving.
