- Olive oil80 ml
- Garlic4 cloves
- Fresh rosemary2 sprigs
- Lemon zest1 tsp

Clean the squid thoroughly.

Mince the garlic and finely chop the rosemary leaves.

In a bowl, combine Malvazija wine, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Add the squid to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the squid for 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred. Avoid overcooking.
