- Fresh mussels500 g
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Diced tomatoes200 g
- Parsley1/2 bunch
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50 ml

Clean and cut the squid into rings. Scrub and debeard the mussels.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add squid and cook for 2 minutes. Add mussels and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Add diced tomatoes, water, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until mussels have opened and squid is tender. Discard any unopened mussels.
