  • Shallots6
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Turmeric powder1.5 tsp
  • Ginger1.5 cm
  • Tamarind paste1.5 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water600 ml
  • Cilantroa few sprigs
