Prepare the aromatics: mince garlic, shallots, and red chilies.

Slice chicken breast thinly. Devein and clean shrimp.

In a bowl, whisk eggs.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic, shallots, and chilies until fragrant.

Add chicken slices and stir-fry until almost cooked through. Add shrimp and cook until pink.

Push ingredients to one side of the wok. Pour in whisked eggs and scramble them. Once cooked, mix with other ingredients.

Add yellow noodles to the wok. Pour in sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato paste, and water. Season with salt and black pepper.

Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and heated through. Add bean sprouts in the last minute of cooking.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge.
