  • Chicken breast or firm tofu200g
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Chili padi (or sambal chili)5-8 (or 2 tbsp sambal)
  • Bean sprouts100g
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce (Kicap Manis)2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Spring onions (for garnish)1 stalk

    If using fresh chili padi, finely chop them. Mince the garlic.

    Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
