Bahan
- Instant yellow noodles (or fresh)400g
- Chicken breast or firm tofu200g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Chili padi (or sambal chili)5-8 (or 2 tbsp sambal)
- Bean sprouts100g
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce (Kicap Manis)2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/4 cup
- Spring onions (for garnish)1 stalk

If using fresh chili padi, finely chop them. Mince the garlic.

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and chili padi (or sambal) until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken or tofu and stir-fry until cooked.

Add noodles, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and water. Toss well.

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1 minute until slightly tender.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
