  • Pork loin, thinly sliced150g
  • Mixed stir-fry vegetables (e.g., carrots, snap peas, bell peppers)200g
  • Garlic, minced1 clove
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Vegetarian stir-fry sauce (or more soy sauce)1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water2 tbsp

    Blanch Yee Mee noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Marinate pork slices with 1 tsp soy sauce and a pinch of black pepper.

    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
