- Yee Mee noodles400g
- Pork loin, thinly sliced150g
- Mixed stir-fry vegetables (e.g., carrots, snap peas, bell peppers)200g
- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Vegetarian stir-fry sauce (or more soy sauce)1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water2 tbsp

Blanch Yee Mee noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Marinate pork slices with 1 tsp soy sauce and a pinch of black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.

Add marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked. Remove pork and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp (about 3-4 minutes).

Return pork to the wok. Add the blanched Yee Mee noodles.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetarian stir-fry sauce, sesame oil, and 2 tbsp water. Pour over the noodles and ingredients.
