  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined400g
  • Coconut milk400ml
  • Red curry paste (Malaysian or Thai)2-3 tbsp
  • Shallots, thinly sliced1
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water50ml
