Bahan
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined400g
- Coconut milk400ml
- Red curry paste (Malaysian or Thai)2-3 tbsp
- Shallots, thinly sliced1
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Water50ml

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté sliced shallots and minced garlic until softened.

Add the red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the coconut milk and water. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
