- Pasta (e.g., linguine, spaghetti)300g
- Fresh oregano1 tbsp, chopped

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place feta cheese in the center of a baking dish. Arrange cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the feta.

Add peeled garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tomatoes burst and feta is creamy.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving pasta water.

Remove baking dish from oven. Mash feta, tomatoes, and olives to create a chunky sauce.

Add cooked pasta to the dish, tossing to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
