- All-purpose flour150g
- Eggs2 large
- Milk200ml
- Water50ml
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Cooked chicken breast100g
- Chives2 tbsp, chopped
- Vegetable oilfor frying

Shred cooked chicken breast. Chop chives.

In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt until a smooth batter forms.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and set. Add half of the shredded chicken and half of the chives onto one side of the crepe.

Fold the crepe in half. Cook for another minute until heated through.

Repeat with remaining batter and filling. Serve immediately with chili sauce.
