- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Rice vermicelli noodles (Bún)800g
- Garlic1 tbsp, minced
- Water1.5 cups
- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)Assorted
- Lettuce1/2 head
- Chili peppers1, sliced (optional)

Grill the pre-marinated pork patties and thinly sliced pork belly until cooked through and slightly browned.

Prepare the quick dipping sauce: In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups water, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and minced garlic. Stir well.

Add the grilled pork patties and slices to the dipping sauce.
