- Glutinous rice flour250g
- Pre-cooked mung bean paste150g
- Ground pork100g
- Green onion, finely chopped2 tbsp
- Fish sauce1 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepper1/8 tsp
- Water120-150ml
- Pandan extract (optional, for color)1/2 tsp
- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)1 tbsp

In a bowl, mix ground pork with chopped green onion, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into small balls.

In another bowl, combine pre-cooked mung bean paste with a pinch of salt. If using, stir in pandan extract.

In a large bowl, combine glutinous rice flour with salt. Gradually add water, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead briefly.

Divide dough into small portions. Flatten each, place a pork ball and a small amount of mung bean paste inside, and seal to form a bite-sized dumpling.

Boil water in a pot. Gently add the dumplings and cook until they float and the dough is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon. Serve immediately, garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
