- Cooked rice (day-old)2 cups
- Eggs2 large
- Garlic powder1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce1.5 tablespoons
- Sesame oil1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
- Green onions1, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Scramble eggs until just cooked. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok. Add cooked rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well.
