- Tteokbokki rice cakes300g
- Fish cakes (eomuk)100g
- Pre-made Tteokbokki sauce1/2 cup
- Scallions1 stalk
- Water2 cups
- Optional: Ramen noodles1 serving

Rinse the rice cakes and cut fish cakes into bite-sized pieces. Chop scallions.

In a pot, combine water, pre-made tteokbokki sauce, rice cakes, and fish cakes. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice cakes are soft and the sauce has thickened.

If using ramen noodles, add them during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking and cook until tender.

Stir in chopped scallions just before serving. Serve hot.
