- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar0.5 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Cornstarch2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil, for frying0.75 cup
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish2

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Marinate with minced garlic, garlic powder, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and 0.5 tsp salt for 15 minutes.

Toss marinated chicken with cornstarch until lightly coated.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Drain excess oil.
