- Lemongrass paste or pre-minced lemongrass2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Red chili flakes1 tsp
- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish1

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and lemongrass paste, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
