- Lemongrass paste2 tablespoons
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Chili garlic sauce1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Green onionsfor garnish, sliced

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix lemongrass paste, minced garlic, chili garlic sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
