  • Salted fish (pre-cooked or milder variety), flaked3/4 cup
  • Eggs2
  • Garlic, minced1 clove
  • Frozen peas and carrots mix1 cup
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1.5 tbsp
  • Sesame oil (optional)1 tsp
  • Green onions, chopped1/4 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
