- Cooked Jasmine rice (day-old)4 cups
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Scallions2, chopped
- Oyster sauce2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the cooked rice to the wok. Break up any clumps.

Pour in the oyster sauce and drizzle with sesame oil. Stir-fry vigorously for 3-4 minutes until the rice is well-coated and heated through.
