  • Thick wheat noodles (udon or similar)400g
  • Pork tenderloin400g
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Fish sauce3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Fried shallots1/2 cup
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)1/2 cup, chopped
  • Bean sprouts1 cup
  • Lime wedges4
  • Wateras needed
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Các bước

    Slice pork tenderloin thinly. Marinate with minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar for 15 minutes.

    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse lightly.

    Stir-fry the marinated pork until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp of the pork cooking liquid with 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp water to create a light sauce.

    To assemble, toss the cooked noodles with the light sauce. Divide into bowls and top with stir-fried pork, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and fried shallots.

    Serve with lime wedges.
