- Assorted fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, perilla, basil)2 cups
- Lettuce leaves1 head
- Cucumber, julienned1
- Bean sprouts1 cup
- Nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce)for serving

In a bowl, combine ground pork, minced lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, and vegetable oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Form the mixture into small patties or skewers. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Cook rice vermicelli noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
