- Shrimp200 g
- Rice noodles (hủ tiếu)400 g
- Chicken or pork broth (store-bought)1.5 liters
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Rock sugar1 tsp
- Chives30 g
- Bean sprouts100 g
- Lime1
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice pork loin thinly. Marinate with a little fish sauce and black pepper.

Peel and devein shrimp. Blanch shrimp and thinly sliced pork in boiling water until just cooked. Drain.

In a pot, heat the store-bought broth. Add minced garlic, rock sugar, and fish sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
