- Firm white fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia)600 g
- Fish sauce60 ml
- Caramel sauce (Nước màu)30 ml
- Garlic20 g
- Ginger15 g
- Fresh chili peppers1-2
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Water100 ml
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Cut fish fillets into bite-sized pieces. Season with black pepper.

Mince garlic and ginger. Slice chili peppers.

Heat oil in a pot or deep pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
